First Capital Federal Credit Union (FCU) recently welcomed Michelle Bahn as the manager of human resources and training. In this role, Bahn will be a member of the management team and will focus on the employee experience as a positive driving force for member experience and providing team members with the tools to effectively do their jobs.

Prior to joining First Capital FCU, Bahn worked for the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU) as the payroll information systems manager. Bahn brings a wealth of knowledge to First Capital FCU, having been in business management for more than two decades with prior experience in human resources, accounting, payroll, benefits and mentoring/business advising. Before PSECU, Bahn worked for the P.H. Glatfelter Company and was a co-owner at RSB and Associates P.C.
