The Row House Forum will begin a series of public talks at The Trust Performing Arts Center, 37 N. Market St., Lancaster, on Friday, Aug. 19, at 7 p.m. Scott M. Coley will speak on "The Power of Religious Propaganda."

Coley lives in Lancaster and teaches philosophy at Mount St. Mary's University in Maryland. A regular podcaster on the intersection of faith, politics, and philosophy, he has written a forthcoming book on these topics.

Light refreshments and a question-and-answer time will be included. In addition, a post-forum pub hangout will be offered within walking distance.
