Frazier has served as the special education supervisor at Central Dauphin School District since March 2021. In that role, she was responsible for the supervision of special education teachers, related services providers, school psychologists, and paraprofessionals.

Prior to her time at Central Dauphin, Frazier spent three years as a special education consultant with Manheim Township School District. She began her teaching career as a special education teacher with Pocono Mountain School District from 2008 to 2012 before taking on the same role with Derry Township School District from 2013 to 2018.

Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from the University of Scranton and received her master's in special education from the same institution. She also received her special education supervisory certificate in 2018 and her educational leadership certificate in 2020.
