Colonial Park Community Baptist Church, 700 S. Houcks Road, Harrisburg, located across from Landis Football field, will host a free community picnic and concert on Saturday, July 30. The night will begin at 5 p.m. with a picnic supper, followed by a concert by guitarist and vocalist Paul Gibbs.
