A fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen organization will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at L.L. Mulhollem Counseling and Psychotherapy, 751 E. High St., Elizabethtown. The event will be hosted by Sherry Quickel and Kimberly and Kira Spigelmeyer, who are members of a team for a Susan G. Komen 3-Day event.

Participants will make a reversible, wooden decor sign that can be used throughout the holiday season. Attendees will paint a scarecrow on one side of a cedar shingle and a snowman on the other side. Color and facial design options will be available, along with bow/material swatch options for each side. During the event, attendees may purchase baked goods, food and beverages, and tickets for giveaway drawings; cash only will be accepted as payment for these items.

Only 50 tickets are available for the fundraising event, and registration is required in advance at http://www.twistedeaseletc.com. A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the Susan G. Komen organization.
