Fundraiser will feature community leaders

Prima Theatre, 941 Wheatland Ave., Lancaster, will present "The Stage Brawl," a unique fundraising event that will feature a friendly competition among local leaders, on Saturday, March 23, at 6 p.m.

The participants will perform on stage, stepping out of their professional comfort zones to vie for the title of Champion of the Stage. The contenders are Sarah Lesser from Truist Bank, Hunter Johnson from TONO Group, Melisa Baez from Elume, Matt Hostetter from Zoetropolis and Josh Nowak from Lancaster Marriott.

The event allows anyone to vote for their favorite contenders, regardless of attendance. Each dollar donated equals one vote. The contender who raises the most funds will be declared the winner. Voting is currently open at http://www.primatheatre.org/brawl and will continue until the end of the event on March 23.

The event will also include a special guest performance by Donovan Hoffer from "America's Got Talent" and Prima's Queen+Journey show. The Latin comedic singer/musician/performer Josephine Phoenix, who was featured in Prima's original production "The Mom Show" in 2023, will host the event.

With limited seating at Prima Theatre, tickets to the live event are only currently available to event sponsors. The ticket price includes two "ringside seats."
