Penn-Cumberland Garden Club (PCGC) will meet on Monday, Dec. 20, at the Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church, 1050 S. York St., Mechanicsburg. The meeting will take place on the second floor from 10 a.m. to noon. The program will be "Christmas Floral Designs" presented by National Garden Club flower show judges Nancy Cartwright, Eileen Hoover, Terri Maclay, Judy McGinnis, and Joyce Wallen.

A holiday cookie exchange will be held at the meeting. To participate in the exchange, attendees should bring two dozen homemade cookies wrapped in 12 separate plastic bags that contain two cookies each, along with an index card that includes the cookies' ingredients and a container for taking home cookies.

A luncheon will follow the meeting. There is a cost for nonmembers. All diners should bring their own place setting, a cloth napkin, and a bag for soiled dishes.
