The Women's Garden Club of Lancaster County will meet on Thursday, Feb. 22, at 1 p.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 301 St. Thomas Road, Lancaster.

Master Gardeners Sherry Watson and Lou Ann McCaughey will present "Hands-on Winter Sowing." They will share two ways to start seeds without grow lights using plastic milk jugs and tubs. Winter centerpieces will be sold, and payments by cash or check is required.

There is a fee for guests.
