Garden Club to sell plants at event

The Elverson Garden Club will offer plants for sale at the Springton Manor Farm Sheep and Wool Day on Saturday, April 29, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The annual event, held rain or shine at 860 Springton Road, Glenmoore, is free to the public.

The Elverson Garden Club will sell small terrariums, air plant designs and potted plants fresh from members' gardens. A garden-themed photo spot for children is planned. Copies of educational material on native plants will also be on hand.

Parking for the event will be available at Springton Manor Elementary School, 400 Fairview Road, Glenmoore. Free busing will be provided. Handicapped-accessible and limited, general parking is available at Springton Manor Farm. No pets are allowed at this event.
