Garden Spot Village (GSV) has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2024 Best Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Care and Continuing Care Retirement Community. Based on the number of badges and customer rating, GSV ranks second nationwide.

GSV earned Best status by achieving the highest possible rating for Independent Living, Personal Care and Memory Care. The Best Continuing Care Retirement Community Badge was awarded because GSV also received the highest ratings by U.S. News & World Reports for Skilled Nursing in November 2023. U.S. News awarded the designation of Best Senior Living to communities that satisfy U.S. News' statistical assessment of each senior living community's performance from consumer satisfaction surveys administered between April 2023 and November 2023. More than 3,500 communities met the criteria, and 1,703 were recognized as best in one category. Of those 1,703, only 57 were recognized as Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
