From January through May, GEARS offers a variety of fitness classes, such as yoga, spin and HIIT workouts. GEARS also sells fitness punch cards for 10 classes, allowing buyers to choose which classes to attend. Participants may also join a class that is not full at a prorated fee for the number of classes that remain. Story Hour will be offered on Friday, Jan. 12, Feb. 9, March 8, April 12 and May 10, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Winters Heritage House, 47 E. High St., Elizabethtown. Children will learn about traditions and local history through stories, songs and crafts. A snack will be provided. This program is designed for kids ages 3 to 6, and siblings are welcome to attend.

Two Snapology classes will be held on Tuesdays, Feb. 6 to 27, at the GEARS Community Center, 70 S. Poplar St., Elizabethtown.

Animal Explorers: The Ocean will teach children ages 4 to 6 about ocean animals and their habitats through building with Lego bricks. The class will be held from 5 to 5:45 p.m.

During Movie Favorites, for children ages 6 to 10, children will use Lego bricks to build and re-imagine iconic scenes and characters from the animated films "The Lego Movie 2," "Encanto," "Trolls" and "Toy Story." This class will run from 6 to 7 p.m.

A trip to American Music Theatre to see John Mueller's "'50s Dance Party" will be available on Sunday, Feb. 18. The bus will depart from the parking lot of Elizabethtown Area High School, 600 E. High St., Elizabethtown, at 10:30 a.m. This concert is a live re-creation of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the Big Bopper's final tour. Each performance includes over two hours of hit songs such as "Peggy Sue," "La Bamba" and "Chantilly Lace."
