GiGi's Playhouse Lancaster will present the GiGiFit Acceptance Challenge on Sunday, June 5, at the Lancaster Barnstormers' home stadium, 650 N. Prince St., Lancaster. Events will be held from 7 a.m. to noon, followed by a baseball game at 1 p.m.

The event, a physical and social movement for acceptance, will feature a 5K fun run, a 1-mile walk, and the Kids' Dash for Down Syndrome.

Individuals are encouraged to create teams and help raise funds to support programming for participants with Down syndrome at GiGi's Playhouse Lancaster.
