The community is invited to a gospel and bluegrass jam and potluck meal to celebrate the 75th birthday of Lance Crowl, a member of Seven Mountains Bluegrass Association. The event will take place on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 2 p.m. at Columbia United Methodist Church (UMC), 510 Walnut St.

Attendees may bring an instrument and/or music to play and sing along, or they may just listen to the music. They are also encouraged to bring a food item to share. Chairs will be provided, but those in attendance may bring their own seating if they wish.
