Team registration for Girls on the Run (GOTR) of Lancaster and Lebanon will remain open through Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022. The spring season will begin on Monday, March 7, 2022. The GOTR 5K will take place at Franklin & Marshall College on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

Coaches do not need to be runners, and GOTR provides training and a curriculum for all coaches. Coaching is open to women and men, and high school girls can be junior coaches. Practices are held twice a week for 90 minutes each, and most teams practice immediately after school. Coaches' daughters are guaranteed a place on the team and receive a registration discount. Lead coaches who register a team by Wednesday, Dec. 1, will receive a gift.
