A free safety seminar, "Safety, FUNction, and Movement," will be offered on Thursday, Sept. 22, at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Garden Spot Village (GSV), 433 E. Kinzer Ave., New Holland.

The interactive presentation is designed to be entertaining and will provide attendees with a closer look at how a focus on home safety can improve functional independence, decrease fall risk, and assist with aging in place. It will be led by Christina Hardin-Weiss and Cindy Hardin-Weiss, licensed therapists and co-owners of Adaptive Equipment & Caregiving Corner.
