Sarah Hamm, a resident of Mount Joy and a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (IORG) Mount Joy Assembly #35, was installed as grand worthy advisor, which is the highest position in the state for the Pennsylvania IORG.

IORG is a Masonic youth group that is centered around service and sisterhood. Pennsylvania Rainbow held its grand assembly in Altoona from July 9 to 13.
