HCPAC Plans Auditions

Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center (HCPAC), 1000 S. Eisenhower Blvd., Middletown, will hold auditions for "Manifest the Glory of God" on Monday, Feb. 1, at 6:30 p.m.; Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 6:30 p.m.; and Saturday, Feb. 6, at 9:30 a.m. Performances will occur on Friday, April 23, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 24, at 7 p.m.; and Sunday, April 25, at 4 p.m.

The musical is about a 10th-grader, Chris, who considers questions such as "What is the purpose of life?" and "How can I make a difference in the world?" With the help of her parents, teachers, and friends, Chris finds a path to spiritual renewal and discovers the meaning of life.

The musical was written by Tom Blaisse and includes original songs by Blaisse, including "Celebrate," "The Lord Is My Shepherd," "Amazing Place," "Manifest the Glory of God," and nine other solo and choral praise and worship songs.
