HCPAC Youth will hold an indoor carnival and informational fair on Sunday, Aug. 18, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center, 1000 S. Eisenhower Blvd., Middletown.

Live performances will begin at 3:30 p.m. The event will also include free food, drinks, and desserts; free game tickets and prizes; and giveaway drawings.
