HDC MidAtlantic Announces Appointment

HDC MidAtlantic recently welcomed Wendy Smith as its new vice president of property management. In her role, she will be responsible for the strategic direction and performance of HDC's property management operations, which includes more than 3,000 apartments in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.

Previously, Smith served as asset and operations manager for a leading real estate firm based in New York City, which owned more than 11,000 homes across the country. Since 2008, Smith has held regional roles in property management for for-profit affordable housing companies.

HDC owns and/or manages more than 3,000 apartments, with the aim of providing housing that is safe and affordable to those with lower incomes, focusing on seniors, families and individuals living with disabilities. For more information, visit http://www.hdcweb.org.
