TRUE Commercial Real Estate, along with BURLE Corporate Park, 1004 New Holland Ave., Lancaster, recently announced a lease agreement with HealthDirect Pharmacy Services - Lancaster. The lease agreement was handled by Althea Ramsay Carrigan, senior vice president of BURLE Corporate Park and senior brokerage advisor of TRUE Commercial Real Estate, Lancaster.

HealthDirect has leased 15,100-square-feet of space at BURLE Corporate Park and will complete a long-term adaptive re-use construction project by converting circa 1942 raw industrial space into a medical related processing facility with no retail component. Construction will take at least nine months. The company will move from its current Lancaster city location, which it has outgrown. HealthDirect will use a local general contractor that has yet to be determined.

HealthDirect Pharmacy Services has been providing pharmacy services to patients in their own homes, nursing homes, long-term care homes and varied recovery locations in the area for more than five decades. In-house drivers will load and deliver the medicines and medical supplies daily from the new location at BURLE Corporate Park.
