The York Hiking Club has posted September hikes. In the case of inclement weather, contact the hike leader for cancellation information.

A 3-mile walk at Lake Redman will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18. Participants should meet at the parking area on Sparton Road off Hess Farm Road for an 11 a.m. departure. The group will walk on the road for a short distance to connect with trail 5 and walk around part of Lake Redman, passing through the bird sanctuary toward the end of the hike.
