Hoerner-D'Amico

The wedding of Faith D'Amico of Hummelstown and Matthew Hoerner of Hershey took place on Oct. 8 at The Star Barn at Stone Gables Estate Elizabethtown. The officiant was Andy Rogers, and the private celebrant was the Rev. Al Sceski from St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Hershey.

The bride is the daughter of Frank and Kim D'Amico of Hummelstown. She received a Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry from Colorado College and a Master of Science in speech, language and learning from Northwestern University. She is a speech-language pathologist at Capital Therapy Group in Austin, Texas.

The groom is the son of Brian and Deborah Hoerner of Hershey. He received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in architectural engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University. He is a senior director of supply chain at Iron Ox in Austin, Texas.

The maid of honor was Lauren D'Amico, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Lindsay Bacik, Susan Clark, Amanda Foreman, Kelly Gallagher, Jess Hiltz, Carly Voris and Aubrey Wilde. The flower girls were Kyleigh and Mollie Hoerner, nieces of the groom.

The best man was Ryan Hoerner, brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Alex Burrows, TJ Clarke, Peter D'Amico, Todd Fisher, Peter Greensmith and Mike Kurtz.

The bride wore a gown from Tamzen's Bridal, and the groom wore a suit from Generation Tux.

The event featured food by Mountain Laurel Catering and Norman's Crusin Cuisine, music by Allegro Music and Go Go Gadjet, styling by Elizabeth Anthony of Harold Cobb Hair Design and Amanda McCauley Makeup, flowers by Sarah's Floral Designs, coordination by Events by Melissa Flood, and documentation by Amanda Sounders Photography and Bar None Films.

The reception took place at The Star Barn.

After a wedding trip to Greece, Santorini, and Paros, the couple resides in Austin, Texas.
