Harrisburg Area Homeschoolers Association will offer a Homeschooling Thru High School Workshop on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at 1201 Slate Hill Road, Camp Hill.

The event is for parents of middle-schoolers who want to learn more about homeschooling high-schoolers.

The presentations will be "PA Law for High School, Record Keeping, and Counting Credits" by Laurie Houser, evaluator; "Diploma Programs, GEDs, and Other Options" by Linda Blocker, evaluator; "Dual Enrollment and Preparing for College" by Shayna Mark and Matt Ritenour from Messiah University; and "How to Create and Use Rubrics to Grade Writing" by Karen Keitel, evaluator.

Attendees are advised to come prepared to take notes. There will be a question-and-answer session at the end.
