The Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community will take place on Saturday, May 21, at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, 1 HACC Drive, Harrisburg. Check-in and registration will begin at 7:45 a.m. The 5K walk will step off at 9 a.m. followed by the 1-mile walk at 9:15 a.m.

Hope Within Ministries in Elizabethtown will participate in the event. Participants may direct funds they raise to benefit Hope Within.

Hope Within offers primary health care services, dental care, counseling, and physical therapy services to uninsured individuals who fall 250% below the federal poverty line. A base of over 30 medical staff members, dental providers, therapists, and a psychiatrist volunteer their time to provide services.
