HR Weaver Selected As General Contractor For ECS Building

ECS, a commercial cleaning service in the mid-Atlantic area that is headquartered in Annville, will move its offices to the Flightpath Sports Park. HR Weaver Building Systems Inc. has been selected as general contractor for the 22,000-square-foot project.

According to HR Weaver president and owner Chad Weaver, the pre-engineered steel building from American Buildings has been custom designed in-house by the HR Weaver team. It will feature 17 offices, two conference rooms and have a large, open work area. In addition, a welcome center is planned with a large glass curtain wall to welcome visitors, vendors and clients to come inside.

ECS purchased six acres in Flightpath Sports Park in May 2022. Construction is set to begin this summer, with a projected finish date of early 2023. A groundbreaking ceremony is planned for August.

ECS is currently headquartered on Route 934 in Annville and has offices in Wilmington, Del.; Atlanta, Ga.; Amsterdam, N.Y.; Fulton, Mo.; and Bethel.
