Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) recently announced the appointment of branch experience managers in the bank's southern region, which consists of JBT's Lancaster County branch locations in Ephrata, Lititz and Manheim. Branch experience managers oversee the operations, staff and client experience within the branch.

Thong Phorasavong is the branch experience manager at the Ephrata branch, where she was previously branch team leader. She has been with JBT since 2018.

Sarah Blauch is the branch experience manager at JBT's Lititz branch. Blauch also joined JBT in 2018 and was most recently branch team leader at Lititz.

Charis Gramm has been with JBT for four years and is the branch experience manager at the bank's Manheim branch. Previously, Gramm was the branch team leader at the Manheim location.
