JM Lapp Aquuires Haldeman Mechanical

JM Lapp, a locally owned plumbing, heating and cooling company, has announced the acquisition of Haldeman Mechanical, an 86-year-old family business with deep roots in the Manheim community.

The acquisition represents JM Lapp's commitment to strengthening its presence across Lancaster County while honoring the trusted legacy of Haldeman Mechanical.

The announcement was made by Matt Lapp, founder and CEO of JM Lapp and Mark Haldeman, former owner of Haldeman Mechanical. According to Ilya Tlumach, president of JM Lapp, Bob Wiley will lead the Manheim Haldeman team, ensuring continuity for customers and the community.  

The acquisition will expand JM Lapp's service area and enhance its capacity to deliver plumbing, heating and cooling solutions for both residential and light commercial customers with offices now in New Holland and Manheim.

As part of the transition, JM Lapp will continue employing Haldeman Mechanical's skilled team while introducing new technologies and systems that enhance the customer experience, including preventative maintenance programs and service innovations.
