Eastern Lancaster County (ELANCO) School District will host ELANCO Kindergarten Transition Nights for all families with children entering kindergarten in the 2023-24 school year and who reside in the ELANCO School District. Families may attend one or both evenings.

The events will feature an introduction to kindergarten, with different activities each night. Early Literacy Night will take place on Thursday, March 16, with a registration deadline of Wednesday, March 8. Early Math Night will be held on Thursday, April 20, with a registration deadline of Wednesday, April 12. Both events will be held from 6 to 7:15 p.m. at Blue Ball Elementary School, 126 Ewell Road, East Earl.

In addition, the district will be holding kindergarten open houses at each elementary school in May. The open houses will offer an opportunity for families to become familiar with their child's elementary building.
