The Ladies Night Out group from Millersville Community Church will meet on Friday, Feb. 14, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The group previously met at the church's Hope Campus on Bender Road, but it will now meet at the church's Grace Campus, 163 W. Frederick St., Millersville.

Kim Smith will present "God's Stitching." She will share how people's lives are like a patchwork quilt - sometimes filled with beautiful memories and moments and at other times seemingly tattered and torn, strewn with painful events. Smith will share some of her life experiences.

Smith is a second-grade teacher at Lampeter Elementary School, and she has been teaching for 25 years. She has two adult children, and a third is deceased.

Ladies Night Out is dedicated to providing programs and crafts for area women in a casual, friendly atmosphere. The programs are free, and donations are accepted to fund future events.
