After 44 years of service, Faith Lamb is retiring from Doug Lamb Construction Inc., where she served as treasurer.

Since its founding, Doug Lamb Construction has specialized in commercial and street construction projects, operating out of Elizabethtown and employing approximately 32 full-time and part-time team members. Under Lamb's financial leadership, the company has grown steadily, maintaining its commitment to excellence and community values.

Throughout her tenure, Lamb took on numerous responsibilities, including bookkeeping, payroll, human resources and managing employee retirement portfolios.

As she embarks on her retirement, Lamb is looking forward to spending more time with her family and grandchildren. She is married to Doug Lamb, a community leader and pastor.
