Lancaster agency launching nonprofit

Gaenzle Marketing, a digital marketing agency in Lancaster, recently announced the launch of "Plant the Seed," a new nonprofit agency.

Plant the Seed will build free websites for other nonprofits and social entrepreneurs working on projects that aim to have a positive impact on helping people, animals, the environment and more. They will be able to apply on the agency's site along with Plant the Seed's future website.

According to Gaenzle Marketing CEO Anthony Gaenzle, the agency already has two projects underway helping two Lancaster County nonprofits write new website copy and build their new websites for free.

The most recent effort has Gaenzle Marketing raising funds to officially launch the new Plant the Seed venture. Funds will go toward its 501(c)(3) application and associated legal fees; the creation of a website for Plant the Seed to help grow the nonprofit; recruiting volunteers; obtaining necessary technology; acquiring permanent part-time staff members; raising funds associated with the creation of websites; and funding promotional efforts, events and more to grow the organization

Plant the Seed will start by building five or more free websites for select nonprofits and/or social entrepreneurs in 2024, with the goal of adding two or more each year as support grows.

Types of organizations that will be considered include organizations providing aid and resources to the homeless; nonprofits helping rescue, save and take care of animals; organizations that support the disabled or disadvantaged people; nonprofits providing educational resources to help business owners; organizations providing humanitarian aid; and entrepreneurs with products and/or services that aim to change the world in a positive way and have the ability to change or save lives.
