Lancaster AGO Plans Concert

The Lancaster Chapter of the American Guild of Organists (AGO) will present its annual Christmas carol and organ concert event. The concert, titled "Christmas at the Organ," will be held on Thursday, Dec. 29, at 7 p.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 10 Delp Road, Lancaster. Admission is free.

Local organists will lead attendees in the singing of Christmas carols, including "Silent Night" and "Joy to the World." The festive arrangements of the carols will be performed on the three-manual Schantz Opus 2258 organ. The performers will include Eileen Laurence, Mark Herr, Deborah Berdos, John Huber, Margaret Marsch, Frank Dodd, Ray Edmison, Kyle Postlethwait and Pat Bleecker.
