Lancaster Contra Dance will meet each third Saturday starting on June 18 at Lancaster County Central Park Pavilion 11, 733 Williamson Road, Lancaster, from 7 to 10 p.m. A new dancers workshop will take place at 6:15 p.m. The community is invited.
On June 18, Abigail Hobart will be the caller to a live band, Strings On Wings, featuring Todd Clewell on fiddle and mandolin and Barb Schmid on fiddle.
Admission is by sliding-scale donation, and children under age 13 may dance for free. No partner is needed for the family-friendly event. Surgical or N95 masks are required to be worn while dancing.
