The Lancaster Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold its annual picnic on Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Waltz Vineyards, 1599 Old Line Road, Manheim. A social hour will begin at 11 a.m., and the meal from Hess's Barbecue will be served beginning at noon.
