The Lancaster Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold a general membership meeting and dinner on Thursday, April 18, at the Meadia Heights Golf Club, 402 Golf Road, Lancaster. The social hour will begin at 5 p.m., with dinner and the meeting to follow.

The speaker will be Air Force Capt. Jon Guagenti from the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart Air National Guard Base in New York. Guagenti will speak about his experiences as a C-17 aircraft commander flying evacuation missions out of Afghanistan.
