Lawyers To Offer Programs At Libraries

MidPenn Legal Services and the Dauphin County Bar Association have teamed up with the Dauphin County Library System to provide the "Lawyers in Libraries: Civil Legal Services" series of free informational sessions to Dauphin County residents and library members. The series focuses on navigating one's civil legal needs.

After a general presentation, participants will be able to speak with the presenters to get answers to their specific questions. These sessions will be held virtually on Zoom, which may be downloaded at http://www.zoom.us/download.

"How to Avoid Eviction Using Free Mediation" will be offered on Thursday, Jan. 28, from 6 to 7 p.m. The presenters will be attorney Matthew Rich of MidPenn Legal Services and attorney Jordan D. Cunningham of Cunningham, Chernicoff & Warshawsky, member of the Dauphin County Bar Association's Pro Bono Program.

"Are You Eligible for an Expungement?" is slated for Thursday, Feb. 25, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. It will be presented by attorney Kara P. Pike of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, member of the Dauphin County Bar Association's Pro Bono Program.

"How to Restore Your Driver's License" will be presented on Thursday, March 25, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. by attorney Edward F. Spreha Jr. of Wagner & Spreha, member of the Dauphin County Bar Association's Pro Bono Program.
