LCAA posts exhibit, classes

The Lancaster County Art Association (LCAA), 149 Precision Ave., Strasburg, will present the exhibit "Wild in the Woods" from Sunday, July 21, through Thursday, Aug. 8. This exhibit features artwork inspired by things found in the woods. Submissions by adult members of LCAA will be displayed in the Kauffman Gallery, and works by children and teens will be on view in the Steinmetz Galley. Awards will be given for artworks in both galleries. Members of the public may view "Wild in the Woods" on Thursdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is free.

LCAA has also announced two summer classes. "Watercolors for Beginners" with Tony Bonazzi will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursdays through Aug. 15. "Passion for Pastels" with Dot Stepenaski will take place on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon from Aug. 1 to Sept. 5.
