Lower Dauphin (LD) Falcon Foundation will again offer free summer camps for students entering sixth through eighth grades in the 2024-25 school year.

Registration, which opened on April 1, will close on Friday, May 3, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. To provide opportunities for as many students as possible, a cancellation fee may apply if a student cannot attend camp and does not cancel prior to the Thursday before the camp begins.

The camps will run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. for three weeks on Mondays through Thursdays, July 8 to 11, July 15 to 18 and July 22 to 25. Camps are held at Lower Dauphin Middle School, and bus transportation is provided from each elementary school.

Planned camps include Cooking Basics, Drawing With Paint, Mythbusters, Paper Rollercoasters, Phys Ed Favorites, Theater, Water Wars and Jewelry Jamboree. For more information about the camps, visit http://www.ldfalconfoundation.org or email Kristina Nissel at knissel@ldsd.org.
