At a recent Manheim Lions Club meeting, the club recognized Megan Sawadsky as the CTC Student of the Month.

Sawadsky is a senior at Manheim Central High School and is enrolled in the Veterinary Assistant program at Lancaster County Career & Technology Center. She has one of the highest grades in the program and has perfect attendance. Her studies have required her to learn how to groom animals, work with clients, identify surgical instruments, and more. She plans to continue her education in the area of pet grooming.

She is part of the FFA and takes agriculture classes. Outside of school, she is a member of a youth group.
