The East Hanover Lions participated in National Night Out on Aug. 13 at Patriot Park, Hershey. Three townships participated: South Hanover, West Hanover and East Hanover. Vendors provided activities, games, refreshments and giveaways for visitors of all ages.

The club displayed information about the Lions Club and had a bean bag game for the kids to play. Each child received a bag of popcorn for playing the game. Lions Club member Sue Smith was celebrating her birthday, so she shared birthday cake with the participants.
