The Hershey Lions Club will hold its fall spaghetti dinner on Sunday, Nov. 5, from noon to 3 p.m. The event will be held at Grace United Methodist Church, 433 E. Main St., Hummelstown. Dinner will include all-you-can-eat spaghetti with Fenicci's spaghetti sauce, rolls and butter, coleslaw, dessert and hot and cold beverages.
