Lititz recCenter, 301 W. Maple St., Lititz, will present a youth squat competition on Thursday, March 30, for youths ages 14 to 18. Weigh-in will be from 5 to 5:20 p.m., and lifting will start at 5:30 p.m.

There will be prizes for the first three male and first three female winners. All participants will receive a goodie bag.
