Allison Arters and Gabrielle Arters, both of Conestoga, were among the fall 2023 graduates of the University of Georgia (UGA).

UGA celebrated the more than 2,900 candidates for graduation during undergraduate and graduate commencement ceremonies on Dec. 15.
