A team from Senior Commons at Powder Mill in York will participate in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, Oct. 29. The event, presented by the Alzheimer's Association, is desgined to raise awareness and funds for a cure for this progressive disease.

The Walk to End Alzheimer's will take place at John C. Rudy Park, 400 Mundis Race Road, York. Registration will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the ceremony and walk at 10 a.m.

To join the team, make a donation or send encouragement, visit https://act.alz.org/, click "Register for Your Walk" and search for the team "Senior Commons at Powder Mill." There is no fee to sign up, but donations are appreciated.
