Magnolia Lane Properties Co-owner Earns Certification

Allison Fisher, real estate broker and co-owner of Quarryville-based Magnolia Lane Properties (MLP), recently received the credential of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).

Fisher holds three certifications from IREM, an education and training organization for brokers and property and asset managers. In addition to the CPM certification, Fisher holds the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) and ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) designations through IREM.

Striving to set the gold standard in commercial and residential real estate investment and property management has been a core tenet for Fisher and her business partner, Realtor Sarah Barbour, ARM, ACoM. Longtime colleagues, Fisher and Barbour worked together in corporate real estate marketing and multifamily housing for many years.

Desiring to parlay their expertise into a locally owned business serving the community that they are a part of, they co-founded Magnolia Lane Properties in 2011. Since then, they have aimed to operate within high ethical standards to increase profitability, reduce expenses and mitigate the risk of clients' real estate investments.

In 2021, MLP earned IREM's AMO (Accredited Management Organization) designation, making MLP one of only three firms in Lancaster County to hold the designation and part of a group of only 600 real estate management companies worldwide that have met the requirements to earn this distinction.

Magnolia Lane Properites is located at 1013 Lancaster Pike, Quarryville. For more information about the agency, visit http://www.magnolialaneproperties.com or call 717-284-2425.
