At a recent Manheim Lions Club meeting, Jeff Mummua and McCoy Nye were honored.

Mummua was given the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award for his continued service to the U-14 Manheim Lions Baseball Team. Nye was given the Richard "Dick" Wiedman Award for having the highest batting average on the team.

The Manheim Lions Club is celebrating 100 years of service to the Manheim community, and this was also the 50th year that the Wiedman award was presented to a member of the U-14 Manheim Lions Baseball Team.
