The Lancaster County Marine Corps League will hold a celebration of the Marine Corps' 248th birthday on Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Catholic War Veterans, 250 N. Seventh St., Columbia. Doors will open at 5 p.m., and the ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. The event will also feature food, giveaway drawings and dancing.
