Central Penn College, Summerdale, recognized seven graduates at the institution's 139th commencement on June 12. Rafael Mateo-Mota of Lancaster was among the graduates recognized.

Mateo-Mota received the Student Leadership Award. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in corporate communications.
