The Lancaster Newcomers and Neighbors group recently met for a monthly general membership luncheon at the Hearth and Harrow restaurant. After enjoying social time and a meal, attendees received a lesson on floral arranging taught by Theresa Brown of Two Peas in a Pot. Several women made arrangements alongside Brown and were able to take home their creations.
