The Lancaster Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will host its annual picnic on Saturday, Aug. 27, at the Waltz Vineyards, 1599 Old Line Road, Manheim. A social hour will begin at 11 a.m., and the meal provided by Hess's Barbecue Catering will begin at noon.
